We Did Design Week 2012
Last week we did our due diligence and went out and about for Toronto Design Week. We were thrilled to preview MADE's Radient Dark show, take in the Come Up To My Room exhibition at the Gladstone Hotel, and then head over to IDS12. We saw some awesome things.

October's Azure
Azure Magazine's October issue is out, and yes, that IS Ben Rahn featured on the contributor's page. We had the opportunity to photograph the most beautiful boat house we've every seen, designed by Toronto's own MADE. Behind the Scenes in Montreal
Ben and Eugen photographed a project in Montreal this weekend. Poor weather often means rescheduling a shoot, but sometimes you just have to power through and wrap the camera in a jacket......

Feminist Art Gallery
We just finished photography of Toronto's Feminist Art Gallery for Levitt Goodman Architects. It's a neat little project with a beautiful back garden. (We're also loving the huge print just inside the door.)

Shelf Life – Photographic Exhibition
One of our photographers, Eugen Sakhnenko, is having a solo exhibition at Toronto Image Works. He will be showing work from his recent series, entitled Shelf Life.

Our Clients Win Awards!
We love it when our clients are recognized for the great work they do. In the current issue of Canadian Interiors, Burdifilek have won “Project of the Year” for their design of the Brown Thomas Luxury Hall. In the same issue, Giannone Petricone Associates Architects won in the “Hospitality” category for Osteria Ciceri e Tria.

Welcome Hut
The Evergreen Brickworks Welcome Hut is a recent project by Levitt Goodman Architects that has been getting a lot of exposure around the internet. It was recently features on the websites for both Frame Magazine and Dwell. The hut is an upcycled shipping container and contains found elements from the Brickworks site.

The Green-Blais Residence is a modern farmhouse in the Grey-Bruce Highlands, designed by Architects Alliance. The project is one of Architectural Record’s featured houses for the month of September.
